Keia is introducing the first Whisky Dinner together with Mizunara: The Shop on Wednesday, November 20th.
The five courses menu is carefully prepared by Executive Chef Marios Tsouris to pair with the Kilchoman whisky collection, included Machir Bay, Sanaig, Loch Gorm Sherry Cask 2018 Edition, Sauternes Cask Finish 2018 Edition, 10th Anniversary Land Rover Tour Bottling and Port Cask Matured 2018 Edition.
About Kilchoman Distillery
Established in 2005, Kilchoman was the first new distillery to be built on Islay in over 124 years. Kilchoman founder Anthony Wills, set out to revive the lost art of farm distilling once widespread before the commercialisation of the distilleries in the late 1800s. Over a decade into his journey, Kilchoman’s 100% Islay range remains the only Islay single malt produced completely on site, from barley to bottle.
